Odette Gutierrez is a very talented singer and songwriter from Mexico. What do you believe in?

I believe in the goodness of human beings. I believe in strong voices and I believe in fighting for a more peaceful world.  I also believe that love can heal humanity and that my love resides in art.

What does the word legendary mean to you?

 Someone that is able to make a mark in the world.

What do you consider to be qualities of a legendary woman?

Courage, freedom, love, character, tenderness, intuition, sensitivity and a strong voice.

What other women do you consider to be legendary?

The first woman I think of is my mother who has never surrendered to the harshness of life; however, every woman I meet has a legendary quality worthy of sharing.

What is the most important thing you have learned so far?

That life is a series of constant changes, and that there is nothing more beautiful than adapting to change with freedom and love.

Tell me a funny fact about you.

Since I was a child I thought that if I could have a superpower it would be to have the power to write what I wanted and it would appear in my house automatically. As a child, I wrote down all the toys in the stores.

What do you like to do?

I love writing, composing, singing, painting, reading and creating in every way possible. I like to experience the world in a different way day by day.

What is your favorite quality about you?

My sensitivity and my capacity for amazement.

What is most important to you?

To live with freedom and love and to love those who accompany me and enjoy every process of my life.

What is your greatest achievement?

Personally, my greatest achievement is having let go of my fears and ghosts to go bravely chase after my own dreams.

What is success to you?
To be able to sleep with inner peace.
