Ladies, you were born legendary!

You are here to shine through your talents, strength, love and passion.

This weekly blog highlights the extraordinary woman featured in my new music video, called Legendary.

Share to spread the message that we are all LEGENDARY.

Jay Johnson has a big heart and a bigger smile. She is a gym director, fitness trainer for both adults and kids and also works at The Camp Transformation Center.  Last week she qualified at the National Championships for USAW, which is the biggest Olympic Weightlifting competition in the United States! What’s even more impressive is that she qualified in the heavier weight class where you have to lift 189kg, something she had once thought was an impossible task as the best she had previously ever lifted in competition was 178kg total. She is now off to NATIONALS in Overland Park KS May 24-27, 2018. Wish her luck! Read more about her below and check out her Instagram page above.
